Product case studies

Context → Decision → Impact. What I analyzed, how I made choices, and what evidence and learning came from delivery.

Platform

GS1 Brazil - Migration and integrations

Problem: GS1 Brazil’s digital ecosystem relied on a legacy solution (SharePoint), with limited flexibility for product evolution and constraints integrating with critical systems. That affected platform velocity, the user experience (especially in the logged-in area), and integration with CRM and automations.

Decision: I led the platform migration to a modern architecture based on a headless CMS and a performant front-end. By defining functional and technical requirements, I prioritized critical integrations (logged-in area, CRM, payments, and RPAs), structured a progressive transition plan, and ensured operational continuity during the migration.

Efficiency

Brasil em Código - Event platform evolution

Problem: The Brasil em Código site had an outdated layout, rigid editing structure, and heavy reliance on an external vendor—slowing publishing, making it hard to update the program/registrations, and limiting the internal team’s autonomy.

Decision: I led the platform evolution focused on autonomy and operational speed: I surfaced business pain points, defined scope, onboarded a new vendor, and validated technical proposals aligned with the event context.

Experience

MyLegis - Continuous evolution and platform rebranding

Problem: The MyLegis platform needed continuous evolution to meet business needs and improve the user experience. There were opportunities to improve usability, information hierarchy was inefficient, navigation needed more clarity, and the product demand flow needed better structure.

Decision: I led continuous evolution with a focus on usability and experience reorganization through layout rebranding. I restructured the visual design to improve information hierarchy, prioritized improvements based on user behavior, and organized the demand/backlog flow with an ongoing evolution process.

Decision process

I structure decisions to reduce risk, align stakeholders, and make delivery predictable.

01

Discovery and alignment

Product goals, stakeholders, constraints, and what must be true for the initiative to move forward.

02

Evidence-based diagnosis

Research, analytics, and feedback to understand the real problem—not just the surface perception.

03

Hypothesis + metric

I define what to test, how to measure success, and which signals indicate learning or the need to pivot.

04

Prioritization and trade-offs

I organize the backlog considering impact, effort, dependencies, and the team’s real capacity.

05

Delivery and learning

I follow up post-release, validate outcomes, and turn evidence into decisions for the next iteration.

Impact delivered

I assess impact by outcome (metric + evidence) and by learning (what changes in the product after shipping).

Decisions with a clear cause

I reduce guesswork with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and metric tracking.

Predictable product delivery

Prioritization and alignment rituals that increase cadence and reduce rework.

Continuous improvement

Post-delivery learning: scope adjustments, friction fixes, and evolving value for users.

Hybrid edge

My background blends PO/UX with front-end. As a Tech Lead, much of my day-to-day was close to a PO’s: organizing and prioritizing the backlog, running ceremonies, and aligning delivery with the team’s methodologies (Scrum and complementary practices). That speeds decisions, reduces rework, and improves what ships to production.

I turn UX into objective requirements (with success criteria).

Technical anticipation to avoid bottlenecks before the team invests time.

I close the loop: validation → decision → execution → metric.

Tech Lead with a strong PO bias: negotiated backlog, Scrum, and rituals used to give the team predictability.

Habilidades e Ferramentas

About (in practice)

I’m a Product Owner focused on UX and digital strategy, with experience in front-end and technical leadership.

As a Tech Lead, I led many typical PO activities with the development team: structuring and prioritizing the backlog, sprint planning, and Scrum-aligned ceremonies (and other agile practices when they made sense), plus aligning stakeholders with delivery capacity.

My work connects evidence-led discovery, prioritization with trade-offs, and post-delivery impact tracking.

I look for opportunities where product decisions accelerate growth, reduce friction, and improve the user experience.

Evidence-led discovery
I structure questions and hypotheses to guide what we build.
Prioritization with trade-offs
A backlog aligned to impact, capacity, and dependencies.
Post-delivery impact
Track outcomes and learning so you can iterate with confidence.
